By accessing or using Lenzy (the "Service"), available at lenzy.net, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is owned and operated by ProjectXERO LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). ProjectXERO LLC is the sole legal owner and operator of Lenzy.net and all associated intellectual property, trademarks, and technology.

Lenzy is an AI-powered product and market analysis platform that provides pricing data, demand insights, profitability estimates, and resale value predictions. The Service is intended for informational purposes and to assist users in making purchasing and reselling decisions.

Certain features of the Service may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Lenzy offers both free and paid subscription plans ("Lenzy Pro"). Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, or yearly) through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the applicable rate.

Where you subscribe: If you subscribe inside the Lenzy iOS app, your subscription is purchased and billed through Apple as an in-app purchase, and is managed in your Apple ID subscription settings. If you subscribe on our website, the subscription is billed through Stripe. The mobile app itself is free to download.

Cancellation depends on where you subscribed. Apple in-app subscriptions are cancelled in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device. Website subscriptions are cancelled from your Lenzy account page. In either case, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Subscriptions purchased in the Lenzy iOS app are auto-renewable in-app purchases processed by Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase, and the subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

For subscriptions purchased through Apple, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Billing, renewals, and refund requests are handled by Apple under the terms of your Apple ID account.
• You can view, change, or cancel the subscription at any time in your device's Apple ID subscription settings.
• Previously purchased subscriptions can be reinstated using the "Restore Purchases" option on the Plans screen.
• Questions about Lenzy features, data, or your account should be directed to ProjectXERO LLC at support@lenzy.net.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal use
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without authorization

All content, features, functionality, branding, logos, and technology associated with Lenzy are the exclusive property of ProjectXERO LLC. The Lenzy name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of ProjectXERO LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Service except for the limited right to use it in accordance with these Terms.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ProjectXERO LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ProjectXERO LLC does not warrant that pricing data, market analysis, or any information provided through the Service is accurate, complete, or current. All data is for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any purchasing, selling, or investment decision.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ProjectXERO LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at lenzy.net/privacy. We collect and process personal data as necessary to provide the Service. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
